The above complaints are received from the RIA branch of this office. The concerned departments are sent for recruitment and after receipt of the report, the attorney is notified after settling the notice and getting approval. Most complaints are settled at the level of Assistant Commissioner after the verification of complaints and grievances related to serious issues are resolved after acceptance of honorable Deputy Commissioner. |

Most complaints are resolved only after the verification of the complaints and the complaints related to serious issues are resolved after the approval of the Hon’ble Deputy Commissioner. |
