How to apply Online for e-District citizen Services

Online form Instructions:

  1. On the State Portal http://www.punjab.gov.in of Punjab, click on Citizen Login link.
  2. If you are a new user, click on “New User” link, else login with your Username and Password.
  3. After logging in for the first time, user will be asked to update their profile. Please update it.
  4. Click on “Fresh Application” link in the left menu.
  5. On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.
  6. On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 2 (Online Form application) section and click on “Click here to fill the application form online” link.
  7. Fill the form and click “Submit”.
  8. Click “View Saved Application” link, select the application and click “Upload Supporting Documents” button.
  9. Upload the supporting documents.
