Supervision of Meetings of the Nagar Councils of Distt. Barnala.

All municipal councils and municipal panchayats falling in Barnala, which are also organized by the meetings, are received in this branch. The decisions passed in the received action meetings are examined by the branch assistant and after taking comment from the Office of the Assistant Officer, further action is taken.

Regarding General Complaints.
|
All municipal councils and municipal corporations falling in Barnala, complaints regarding various different subject areas of Hundiaa which are received from the public in public from this public, are settled after receipt of settlement reports.

To supervise the meetings about Tenders.
|
When the District Barnala Municipal Corporation / Nagar Panchayats open tenders for opening the tender and after opening the tender, the concerned Deputy Commissioner G. has been appointed to appoint a representative.

4.

Reg. Elections of President/Vice-President of Municipal Corporations.
|
After receiving the letter from the E.O.M.C., the representative of the Vice President / Vice President is sent to the representative of the Deputy Commissioner.
|

Regarding Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana (PSAY).
|
Forms for the Civil Aviation Scheme are received by PUDA. These forms are sent for verification to the respective EOMCs and free home-made forms are sent online for verification (District Lead Bank Manager) to LDM. After receipt of the report from LDM and EOMCs, after the approval of the Honorable Deputy Commissioner, it is sent to PUDA.

To issue the NOC regarding Mobile Towers.
|
NOC for towers is received by the field staff after receiving the NOC as per instructions.

Regarding PP Act Cases.
|
Instructions have been issued to remove illegal encroachments in PP Act cases, for illegally possession of the Tehsildars in these cases.

8.

Regarding Swachh Bharat Mission
|
The instructions received from the Government of India regarding the Clean India Campaign are issued by the respective departments.
